COVID COORDINATOR - LONDON - 16TH of AUGUST until 28TH of SEPTEMBER

Looking for a UK COVID coordinator for a Netflix feature to manage the testing requirements of the production for all cast and crew, and all administrative and reporting tasks in relation to this.

Responsibilities/Job Description:
-Work with the UK COVID Supervisor and production team to test and clear all crew for work
-Manage regular testing to keep cast and crew in correct testing cadence
-Use the YOTI app system (training will be given) that accompanies the testing system and communicate its use effectively to others
-Work with the COVID Supervisor UK to plan testing days and ensure adequate staffing across testing sites
-Communicate effectively with nurses and doctors conducting the tests
-Run testing sessions and ensure everyone due a test attends on the correct day
-Keep excellent and accurate records in relation to testing
-Ensure crew are added to the Daily Health Check system and monitor response rates
-Any other duties commensurate with the post

Requirements:
-Experience of working on a COVID team previously, preferably as a Coordinator or similar
-Excellent proven administrative skills
-Additional relevant training will be provided for the right candidate
