Crown is looking for a full time talent assistant to join our team. This is a really exciting opportunity and a great chance to gain experience in a busy environment.
We are looking for a candidate with an extremely friendly phone manner, a solid understanding of the T.V industry, good time management and who is efficient with general admin.
Job Role:Answering the phone, calling clients and speaking to production companies etc.
Managing client diaries and logistics
Accounting responsibilities include liaising with the accounting team, raising invoices and keeping track of payments
Booking client travel and accommodation
Scanning contracts and emailing signed copies back
Updating the Crown Media website
Creating biogs for clients
Social media - to include updating twitter
Being proactive and contacting and researching new production companies, PR companies and general industry news
Skills Required:

Pleasant phone manner, organised, general admin, social media, proficient on computer including excel. Hard working, reliable, fun and personable.
