THE ROLE
You will be an integral part of the Television Account Management Team which services over 150 UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Youth League broadcast partners worldwide to the highest standards. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Support of TV Production coordination and administration
• Daily communication with broadcast partners regarding administrational, operational and logistical aspects
• Assistance to broadcast partners with their bookings and planned television operations and provision of guidance
• Preparation & coordination of Site Visits of the respective Finals including onsite delivery
• Assist with the setup and operation of the competitions booking portal FAME

The position will be based in Lucerne, Switzerland and will require the candidate to relocate.

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a candidate with 3 - 4 years experience in sports television production/operations. You also bring along experience in event management in the sports sector and in addition you have:
• Excellent client servicing mentality
• An extremely accurate working style with high level of attention to detail
• Team-player attitude with the ambition to be part of a high performing team
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages an asset)
• Strong IT skills
