You will help shape our newly established Production 368 Team and work on various campaigns throughout the year, including working closely with our creative agency, production partners and stakeholders to execute and deliver memorable, impactful, creative output for TV, Content and Radio. This unique opportunity will see you join a team that is stepping away from the industry norm, doing all commercial production in house for the first time.

You will be part of a cross-functional team, so you will have a strong teamwork ethic, enjoy developing working relationships that deliver business objectives and drive smart production values and efficiencies. The role is fun, varied and fast-paced.

Your Role

You will be managing and maintaining production processes including budgets and timelines to deliver creative assets. Your role will be to manage the creative agency and production partners through all stages of pre-and post-production to deliver quality content in an efficient way. You will manage your own production budgets, challenging on costs and negotiating fees with individual agencies. You will also work closely with finance and legal teams on contracts and onboarding new suppliers.

You will manage, coach and develop a small team. You will manage internal and external stakeholders as well as working with the wider team to ensure all productions are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You will get to travel as part of the role, including for meetings and for location shoots.

You will be able to put your production experience into practice to be part of a new team and shape a new and dynamic way of working at Asda.

About you

You must be a producer with commercial TV production experience
You must be able to manage and prioritise large and fast-paced and varied projects, whilst staying positive, and thinking creatively.
You are a team player with excellent cross-functional working abilities.
You will have line management and coaching experience.
You will have a strong budget and negotiation skills.
