Job Summary: Finding and delivering casting projects to enhance Mad Dog 2020's reputation.
Client Liaison

• Principle project manager for the client, i.e. 2nd AD, 3rd AD, Production Manager, Casting Director. • Forming, developing and sustaining professional and positive working relationships with clients.
• Increase sales through a weekly process of monitoring, approaching and following up on new business.

Project Management
• Project Managing the delivery of Featured, Walkon and Background artists for TV commercials (and TV/Film if required).
• Project Management processing from rate negotiation, delivery of artists and client management through to close of accounts.
• Arranging and co-ordinating special artist registrations.
• Artist communication - maintaining positive relationships with artists through best process
• Daily delivery of look books of suitable options on a brief for clients
• Outreaching for new artist and categories
• Maximising the efficiently of the company database
• Quality control
• Monitoring past projects and release dates, and communicating dates to Head of Region
• To provide a prompt weekly report as requested by Head of Region
• Responsible for gaining feedback from clients

Business Development and Sales
• Contacting new and existing clients to create more revenue
• Working towards personal and departmental sales targets
• Assisting with new strategies to develop client relationships
• Supporting the Head of Region in the training and development of freelancers, interns and apprentices.
• Supporting fellow project managers in the delivery of their projects, as required

Salary: tbc - dependent on experience
