Gems TV are looking for 2 highly motivated, results orientated producers to join a sales focused team to produce commercially driven, entertaining and compelling output.

On a daily basis you will be expected to create new and exciting editorial hooks and strategy focused on generating a high level of viewer participation, to attain daily profit targets and a greater audience share in a competitive market place.

TV and sales experience are not essential although the ideal candidate needs to display keen commercial instinct & editorial flair.

The selected applicants will work an 8-day fortnight shift pattern and a typical working day will include 4.5hours in the live gallery, with product and presenter prep time before each on-air show.

Full training will be given, however we are looking for creative, competitive and diligent team members who can lead a gallery team, inspire their presenters and understand the unique power of engaging television to convert interest into action.
