Are you a Fortnite fanatic with a sharp eye for thumbnails that click? Chuff Gaming is looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to work on 2-3 videos per week, crafting scroll-stopping visuals that drive high click-through rates. You'll collaborate closely with our team to turn bold ideas into killer thumbnails using Blender and Photoshop, helping shape the look and feel of one of YouTube's most exciting Fortnite channels.

Key Responsibilities
Design 2-3 high-quality thumbnails per week for Fortnite gaming videos
Collaborate with producers to interpret video concepts into bold, high-CTR visuals
Use Blender for 3D modelling, posing, and renders that elevate the visual style
Enhance and composite scenes in Photoshop for maximum impact
Stay up-to-date with YouTube thumbnail trends, especially in the gaming space

Requirements
Expert in Blender (posing, lighting, rendering Fortnite characters/assets)
Advanced Photoshop skills (compositing, text, effects, colour grading)
Strong understanding of what makes a high-performing YouTube thumbnail
Familiarity with Fortnite content, trends, and visual style
Proven experience creating thumbnails for YouTube (portfolio required)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.
Proactive and self-sufficient, especially when working remotely.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to accept feedback constructively and apply it to future work.
Access to suitable hardware and applications.
