This position requires somebody with experience working or training within the performing arts industry, with excellent verbal and written skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a busy administrative role, so strong organisation skills are crucial, plus the ability to efficiently work under pressure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Answering and fielding phone calls and emails-Being the first point of contact for parents and teachers-Organising timetables, exam sessions and performances-Administrative support to the school team-Inbox management-Sourcing costumes and giving creative input into performances-Taking an interest in the industry and current teaching practices to enhance the schoolThere is always the opportunity to 'add-on' teaching roles if that is of interest and there is a demand for it within the school.START DATE: ASAPHOURS: Full Time 5 days a week and includes one evening a week and 3 Saturdays a month (On a week where a Saturday is worked, the Monday is given off). During school holidays there would be no evening or Saturday shifts.
