We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team.

This important role provides technical support across our television post production facility and will involve preparing equipment, technical installations, providing front line technical support and troubleshooting any technical issues across our audio and visual departments as well as the wider facility.

The successful candidate will join an exceptional team and will need to demonstrate evidence of the following:
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux computer systems
• Knowledge of networking systems and protocols
• First class client facing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a changing environment
• Enthusiasm about the film and television industry
• A meticulous approach to work
• Experience of editing systems such as Avid, Adobe, ProTools etc would be an advantage
