Main Responsibilities & Tasks :
• Maintaining Equipment/ Updating Laptop Software.
• Preparing and thoroughly testing equipment before it is sent out.
• Receiving equipment in and ensuring it is put away correctly.
• Scanning equipment in and out using R2 software.
• Transporting equipment to and from locations.
• Rigging Autoscript equipment on location.
• Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are followed.
• Maintaining order of warehouse.
• Maintaining Cleanliness of company van and informing head rigger or manager of any issues in a timely manner.
• Assisting in the maintenance and servicing of Autoscript contracts.
• Following the guidance on call times/ job requirements from the Resource Manager.
• Dealing with customers & operators in an efficient, punctual and approachable manner.

Knowledge & Skills:

Required
• Driving license

• Knowledge of major studios/conference venues and production companies
• Knowledge of studio cameras and equipment
• Knowledge of studio behaviour and etiquette
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience of driving in London
• Knowledge or experience using Autoscript Software 'Winplus'

• You will be required to work flexible hours. If a last minute booking comes in, the Hire department as a team must see to it that the job is fulfilled wherever possible.
• You will work 5 days a week, to include weekends based on a rota system. Our riggers work shift patterns which will be either 'early', 'mid' or 'late' and there will very often be earlier or later de-rigs which are a required part of the job
