Technical Producer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and technically minded person to join our growing Cinema team. Working directly with Post Production Supervisors, Finishing Houses, Hollywood Studios and Independent Distributors, this role oversees final delivery of feature films through the creation of Original Version Digital Cinema Packages and other theatrical deliverables.

Our goal for this exciting position is to provide the very best in technical expertise and customer service for our clients.

The role is based at our central London facility in Mayfair and some out of hours work will be required.

Role and Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects

Gathering, assimilating and disseminating production & technical information

Creating and maintaining media orders and having an extensive knowledge of the current and upcoming work order systems.

Understanding global rate structures, providing quotes and ensuring that purchase orders are obtained in a timely fashion.

Understanding and managing all requirements around deliverables, co-ordinating workflow solutions and generate effective but flexible schedules

Collaborate with our department leads and internal stakeholders to develop a working knowledge of all Cinema technologies and processes.

Contribute to an effective Client Services Team that is globally integrated and highly collaborative with Operations and Technology teams and who understand and provide best in class services.

Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process, winning repeat business and taking part in any resolution of issues. Set expectations for and actively drive exemplary Client Experience throughout the building and the business.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Post Production environment, as well as:

Detailed knowledge of Digital Cinema, DI and/or Post Production

Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels. This includes excellent client handling skills, established relationships along with experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.

Ability to thrive under pressure

Effective communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative and proactively manage day-to-day issues - escalating and resolving these where appropriate
