Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

Do you have experience in the technical management of live productions, coordinating crew,
as well as setup and teardown a production and love live entertainment? Then join our team at
System Provider Eventmanagement GmbH and be part of a musical production on tour.

YOUR ROLE
1. Technical Responsibility:
- Ensuring the smooth technical operation of the entire production.
- Coordination between the various departments (lighting, sound, set, backline, wardrobe, make-up, stage management).
2. Project Management:
- Planning and technical implementation for each city in consultation with the respective venues.
- Project responsibility and coordination of the stage technology, sound, lighting, set, backline, wardrobe, and make-up departments.
3. Communication:
- Interface between the production crew, venues, public bodies, and suppliers.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication between all parties involved.
4. Personnel Management:
- Responsibility for on-tour personnel, including coordination during setup and dismantling of the production.
- Assignment and supervision of stagehands in consultation with the individual departments.
5. Technical Support:
- Support and maintenance of technical equipment during the tour.
- Support in determining and implementing necessary technical requirements for the entire production.
6. Logistics and Replenishment:
- Organization and replenishment of materials (e.g., dry ice, CO2, water gallons) required for production.
7. Documentation:
- Temporary recording of each crew member's working hours for tracking and accounting purposes.

YOUR SKILLS
• Minimum age 21
• Completed apprenticeship or degree in event technology, media production, or a related field
• Qualification as a certified master for event technology (VAT)
• Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in live events or musicals, theater, and/or touring
• Very good skills in technical drawing (cad, vwx)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Team-oriented mindset and leadership qualities
• Good general understanding of technical aspects

• Very good communication skills and language skills (German/English)
