A new but already busy production company have a fantastic opportunity for a new entrant to the television industry. They are looking for a Technical Assistant, working from Brighton, initially on a 12 month contract but with real potential to grow with the company.

You focus will be on assisting the filming and editing teams and throughout the year you will be provided with various internal and external training opportunities. You will be setting up edit suites, looking after the kits and assisting on location, and as you develop there will also be the opportunity to have a go at editing development sizzle tapes. You must also be willing the help out generally around the production office and with the setting up of shoots.

This role is for somebody who is keen to focus on the technical side of the industry. This needs to have been proven through making your own short projects, a university or college course or from a previous entry level position.
