What you'll do:

The Technical Administrator is a key point of contact for operational and technical support within Sky Creative Agency (SCA). Working within the Technology team, reporting into the workplace technology manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Part of team that provides outstanding technology for a creative agency you will be encouraged to continually evaluate and challenge processes and improve technology.

- Provide technical assistance to teams within SCA, provisioning and deploying desktop and mobile equipment.
- Set up and onboard new employees onto Sky and SCA systems, working with line managers to ensure that processes are followed and completed in a timely manner.
- Build technical guides and provide IT induction training for new starters.
- Run technical changes and incidents, working with internal and external support providers where required.
- Assist in the management of hardware and software changes, ensuring business continuity.
- Audit and maintain software and hardware assets, evaluating and ensuring that resources meets business requirements.

What you'll bring:

- Advanced knowledge and experience of Windows 10 and Mac OS.
- Good communication skills with an ability demonstrate clear and concise technical information with colleagues and customers alike in order to provide a high level of customer service!
- Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Experience of working in a technical administrator or support role desirable.
- A teammate who can work collaboratively on workplace technology projects!
