Team Assistant

London

In this role, you will support our incredible Doc Series team, who are responsible for developing and producing exceptional content for our Documentary Series slate. A successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a small team that is incredibly busy so we need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work but can identify opportunities to make the team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix. We are looking for those who are passionate about Documentaries.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining calendars for multiple people including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones.
Scheduling informational meetings and preparing necessary materials before and after each meeting.
Organizing and managing various internal events/off-sites/trips.
Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, along with administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports.
Working collaboratively with admins within the larger network and across different internal teams.
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and implement appropriate strategies.
Acting as an internal liaison between team members and our cross-functional teams.
Tracking, logging, and reviewing materials that are new submissions, current developments, and ongoing productions.
Ability and willingness to share a point of view, share creative ideas, and thoughts. Confident whilst always curious!

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Executive/Development Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Production Coordinator.
Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Willingness to learn how to use Netflix's proprietary software
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Team player who operates in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly
A positive attitude and general excitement about the work and the stories we tell
