Talent Manager

London

UNIT9 Films are looking for a Talent Manager to join the team.

We are a global production partner with a mission to create astounding content at the intersection of creativity, craft and cutting-edge cinematic storytelling.

Built from a multidisciplinary roster of Directors, we think of ourselves as experts in crafted social commentary, creative storytelling and innovative execution.

We're looking for an affable, charismatic and creatively driven person whose primary focus will be to identify new talent and help nurture our existing roster.

Someone with good communication skills, an interest in film and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

Search and identify new talent.

Develop a full understanding and knowledge of our current roster and help nurture our existing talent.

Book regular showreel meetings with advertising agencies and brands and selling the directors in with passion and enthusiasm.

Nurture existing agency and brand relationships and building new ones.

Stay up to date on the advertising industry through research, new work, industry events, panel talks, social functions etc.

Developing personal development strategies with each director and sourcing leads in line with this.

Have a hand in the pitch process and assist directors where necessary.

Collate and manage awards entries.
