Job Title: Talent Manager
Reports to: Senior HR Manager & Senior Creative Team

An exciting new opportunity has been created at Sister London, we are hiring for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will work closely with our Executive Producers, Producers, Production Executives and HODs on each of our productions to support the crewing of our brilliant production teams (behind camera).

We are passionate about driving change in how the TV industry recruits talent and crews up for productions. We are committed to ensuring our opportunities are accessible and open to a diverse talent pool. The successful candidate for this position will take a lead role in overseeing this work and support each production to reach and exceed our diversity recruitment goals.

Role Summary
Support our Executive Producers, Producers and Production Executives in finding and engaging the best and up and coming behind the camera talent for our productions. Develop a deep understanding of our shows and the experience our creative teams are seeking out in talent.
Using your knowledge of the HETV industry, build relationships with future talent and ensure you and our Creative team are having regular 'generals' with suitable candidates. Have your finger on the pulse of the external talent market.
Build and maintain a talent pool for all roles across our productions. Be the connection between all our productions. Ensure there is strong communication across our shows regarding recruitment priorities and candidates in progress.
Act as the face of the company for candidates interested in roles on our Productions. Ensure candidates have a positive experience when they approach the company for a role, managing the communication and updates on the application process.
Build great relationships with agents and liaise with them around our requirements and ensure there is a good flow of communication about candidates they put forward to us.
Create job adverts and job descriptions and ensure we are advertising widely for our vacancies, manage the applications for these roles.
In partnership with the Senior HR Manager, be instrumental in your involvement in our D&I strategy and goals, specifically around recruitment, advertising, interviewing, accessing diversity funding where appropriate for projects as well as diversity data collection and analysis.
Working with HR on recruitment projects such as developing Sister's careers page and implementation of a new candidate application system.
Working with HR to manage and develop the Intern schemes across our productions and partner with other industry and educational bodies connected to this.
Lead the coordination and utilisation of funding from places like screenskills trainee finder and ensure our productions are aware of what external support is available.
Collaborate with organisations that we are affiliated with such as DandI, Creative Access and Mama Youth to help support our recruitment.

About You:
Experience working with/on HETV productions.
Previous experience interviewing and assessing candidates for senior production roles
Creative sensibility, excellent taste and ability to understand and articulate requirements for our shows
Strong knowledge of the talent market in HETV and well connected
Ability to source and research the HETV market to grow Sister's database
A genuine passion and interest in HETV
