Talent Executive/Manager -Permanent, London


We are looking for a Talent Exec/Manager to support our ITV Studios Entertainment & Possessed Label joining to the busy team in London.


ITV Studios Entertainment are behind a fantastic range of programmes including 'Dancing on Ice', 'The Voice', 'Soap Awards', 'Royal Variety Performance', 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here', 'Saturday Night Takeaway', 'Love Island', to name a few. Possessed makes smash hit shows such as '5 Gold Rings', 'Cash Trapped" and 'Spotless'.


Reporting into the Head of Production Entertainment & Talent, as our Talent Exec/Manager, your role will be to identify and attract the freelance talent into our business, as well as nurturing and maintaining existing relationships. You will be the initial point of contact for talent, and using your network and great ideas, you will help us to build on existing pools from Runners and Researchers to Producers and Executives.


You will have great relationships with our Production Management and Senior Creative teams and deliver a seamless service to them so that they can produce the great shows that we are all proud of.


Within our Entertainment Department team this is a key role, it would suit a Production Manager or an experienced AP, Producer/Series Producer looking to move into Talent or someone who has previously worked as a Talent Manager or Talent Executive. So, the attraction, recruitment and scheduling of the freelance population will be second nature to you.


In addition, you are great at networking and influencing others, highly organised, can demonstrate a flexible approach and be able to juggle multiple tasks. You will be passionate about driving our Diversity and Social Responsibility initiatives. This is a fast paced role and you will not be fazed by high volumes and dealing with competing demands on your time.
