A role in Talent is never quiet, no two days are ever the same. We work in a fast paced environment, with lots of plates to spin and multiple shows to crew, so a love of admin, systems and processes is key to the role.

We are potentially looking to grow and develop some new talent within our team and would love to know who might be interested in the opportunity.

This talent pool is more of an expression of interest than anything else at the moment, and may initially be used to cover any of our short term needs, however we would really love to hear from you and your reasons as to why you feel like a career in Talent Management might be suited to you.

We would welcome candidates of a new entrant & runner level or up to Production Secretary. Office experience essential and an understanding of the roles that exist in Production advantageous.

You'll be expected to manage your own time efficiently and to work flexibly to fulfil the role. You'll need a friendly attitude and a willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team. You should have the ability to assess priorities and adapt to fast changing circumstances and be able to work under pressure to set deadlines. Great communication skills are a must.
