Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Stylist/Shoot Assistant to support across our in-studio shooting teams. This is a multi-faceted role that will see you largely assisting the stylist and sometimes the whole shoot team in whatever way is needed, with exposure to all working areas of the Studio.

Please note, is a four day week, part time permanent contract position.

Responsibilities:

Support the organization and maintenance of large merchandise closets
Track and maintain product samples by number and colour codes
Assist stylist in the management and organisation of the styling area
Help with laundry duties to maintain all styling accessories
Steam and prepare clothing with lead stylist ahead of shooting
Work closely with Photographers and Stylists to acquire samples/props needed for photo shoots
Organize and pack, ship, receive samples and other related props and supplies to and from photo shoots
Organize and maintain the inventory within the sample/prop area
Facilitate the prompt return of all samples/props to place of origin
Assist on model castings
Note taking in any relevant styling meetings
Able to run errands and generally assist shooting team throughout the day where possible

Qualifications
Experience:

Experience working in a busy Studio/ Production company
2+ years' experience as a Stylist/Production Assistant
Exposure to Fashion/Ecommerce (highly beneficial)
A passion for Stills & Motion and a desire to get into Styling
Ability to multi-task several projects and prioritize by importance while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
Experience working alongside Photographers/ Stylists
Experience working directly with clients (advantageous)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with proven ability to both work independently and partner in a team environment
Computer and data entry skills a must, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary, Holiday & Benefits

Standard working hours are 9:00am - 17:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
Regular place of work will be Nottinghill Studios, 21-31 Woodfield Road, W92BA
