We're now looking for a Studio Support superstar to join our growing production team and help bring our TikTok Live campaigns to life. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our live operations! You will be setting up and managing livestreams, handling technical equipment, and ensuring every broadcast runs smoothly. Working across an exciting mix of brands and creators, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-brand live content that looks great, sounds perfect, and keeps audiences hooked.

The Role
As Studio Support, you'll be the backbone of our live production setup, helping our presenters and creators go live seamlessly. You'll work hands-on with cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming software (particularly OBS) to ensure every broadcast looks and sounds professional.

You'll assist across multiple projects, helping to prepare sets, manage technical setups, and troubleshoot live issues in real time. This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about live content, production, and social media.

Requirements
What You'll Do

Live Production Support
Set up and operate live streaming software (OBS) for TikTok Live and other platforms.
Support the team during lives, managing visuals, audio, and transitions.
Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly.

Studio & Equipment Management
Help maintain studio spaces, ensuring all cameras, lights, and audio equipment are ready for use.
Assist with rigging, lighting setups, and camera framing to achieve top-tier production quality.
Keep an inventory of studio equipment and coordinate maintenance or replacements as needed.

Project & Workflow Coordination
Work across multiple client projects simultaneously, managing timelines and priorities effectively.
Collaborate with presenters, account managers, and content teams to ensure smooth handovers between creative and technical stages.
Contribute ideas for improving stream quality, efficiency, and audience engagement.

What You'll Bring
Proven experience with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or similar live-streaming tools.
Familiarity with TikTok Live and social video platforms.
Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound.
Strong multitasking skills, able to manage several live projects and deadlines.
Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and proactive in solving technical issues.
A collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow within a creative, fast-moving team.
