Studio Manager

The job role:
As the Studio Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio complex. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of assistants, managing the studio's physical space, and ensuring all client needs are met to the highest standard. You will maintain studio equipment and inventory, coordinate with the production team, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Additionally, you will implement health and safety policies and manage front-of-house interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead and develop a team of full-time assistants and freelancers, ensuring efficient staffing and fostering a positive team culture.
* Studio Maintenance: Maintain the studio to an impeccable standard, overseeing cleanliness, repairs, and inventory management.
* Shoot Coordination: Work closely with the production team to deliver top-quality service during photo shoots, addressing client needs and managing logistics.
* Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and manage front-of-house interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
* Health and Safety: Implement and manage health and safety policies, including conducting assessments and drills to ensure compliance.
* Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient studio operations through effective communication and proactive problem-solving, maintaining smooth daily activities.
