We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager who will be responsible for our creative resources management and ensuring the smooth and high-quality delivery of all scheduled work. You are the point of day-to-day contact for all stakeholders in the business and a link between them and the designers in the studio.About usWe're one of the UK's leading housing associations, a member of the G15 group of London's largest housing associations, with 34,000 homes and 1,200 employees in London and the Home Counties.We're at a particularly exciting point in our story, as Catalyst will join the Peabody Group as a subsidiary on 1 April 2022, before fully merging in April 2023. In doing so, we build more than homes - we build communities.We will also be able to create great opportunities for our colleagues to develop their careers within our business, and diversity and inclusion and learning and development will continue to be priorities for the new organisation.What we're looking for:• Do you have significant experience in design or a creative background?• Do you have proven experience of managing a team of designers in a busy studio, creative or production house?• Do you have excellent organisational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage several aspects of different projects at the same time• Are you able to assess and manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities simultaneously?If so, this is the perfect role for you!We currently have a great opportunity for a Studio Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.Do you have what it takes?To succeed in your role as a Studio Manager you will:• Have excellent knowledge of the design process from start to finish• Have excellent client liaison and relationship building skills• Remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly to emerging issues• Be confident in advising on design solutions, projects, and strategiesThe UK has a housing problem which affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in.
