Studio Manager

E2 9DQ

Starting Date

December 2017

Description/Roles & Responsibilities

3angrymen are a production company that specialise in creating branded short-form content. We work with clients including the NSPCC, Childline, Crisis, Schroders, Mencap, Walgreen Boots, Build Africa, The Scouts and Channel 4.

Whoever the client, whatever the brief, our mission is to make films that matter - whether that be an animation for teenagers, a documentary for a charity or an internal comms piece for an international bank.

We're looking for a Studio Manager to join our team and help us to keep making great work by keeping us up to date, organised and on time. The role is initially for three days a week.

This role is a part-time but pivotal one for us; being a first point of contact for people inside and outside of the company, coordinating calendars, managing finances, monitoring schedules, booking travel, assisting recruitment and posting on social media.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take an involved administrative role in a small but busy and ambitious production company. We want someone with a resourceful, positive attitude, who loves picking up the phone and talking to people, who isn't daunted by a manic schedule and who wants to support and collaborate with a talented group of filmmakers.

Essential Skills & Requirements

The candidate must
have at least two years relevant administrative experience
be extremely well organised, a proactive planner
be extremely savvy with spreadsheets and word-processing
be very comfortable and confident in client-facing situations
be excited about and capable of generating social media content
have good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
have excellent written and spoken English
be enthusiastic about producing a variety of content, both corporate and creative
