Studio Manager - Park VillagePark Village is looking for a highly motivated, versatile Studio Manager to join our team at one of London's most iconic creative spaces.Housed in a historic former Victorian riding school on the edge of Regent's Park, Park Village has been home to creative production for over 50 years. From The Rolling Stones in 1969 to some of the world's leading brands and artists, the studios have hosted an extraordinary range of work across music, film, fashion and the arts.Today, the business spans studio hire, events and commercial production, and we're proud to be a certified B Corp, committed to responsible business practices. The Studio Manager will play a central role supporting these core areas, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for clients and collaborators.Working closely with our Bookings Coordinator and supported by a team of freelance Studio Assistants, you will oversee a busy calendar of shoots, events, and productions across our three studios. You'll also be the key on-site contact for our trusted equipment and catering partners, and for ensuring all facilities and building operations run smoothly.We're looking for someone resourceful, personable and hands-on with a sharp eye for detail, an understanding of lighting and equipment, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team in a unique creative environment with real scope to make your mark.What the role involves:As Studio Manager, your main focus is ensuring the studios are running smoothly, safely and professionally - across commercial photo/film shoots, events, and internal productions. You'll be the face of the studio for clients on shoot days, ensuring a great experience across logistics, equipment, catering, and overall service.You must be confident with studio equipment (particularly lighting), technically and operationally sharp, and an exceptional communicator. A background in film/photography studio operations or creative production is ideal.This is a hands-on, people-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, creative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring spaces are maintained and client-readyManage and mentor a rota of freelance studio assistantsAct as lead contact for clients in the run-up to and during shoots/eventsOversee lighting and equipment stock, maintenance, logistics and repairs (in-house and partner supplied)Manage deliveries, suppliers, and storage workflowsEnsure all areas are operating at the highest standards, including cleanliness and presentationLiaise closely with production, bookings and marketing leadsImplement and uphold health & safety policies and sustainability practicesAssist with quotes, technical support, prep and wrap of studio projectsMaintain and improve internal systems, from inventory to reportingProvide hands-on support: lighting rigs, furniture moves, prep days, etc.Skills & Experience:Proven experience managing a busy creative or commercial studio environmentStrong understanding of lighting and photographic/film equipmentHands-on, solutions-oriented and comfortable in a physical/operational roleExcellent communicator with a calm, professional and confident mannerAble to lead teams, work independently and balance multiple prioritiesOrganised, diligent and client-focused with great attention to detailExperience with asset management systems (e.g. Current RMS, Pipedrive, Google Workspace)Maintenance and handyman skills a plusFirst aid/H&S knowledge a bonusWhy Join Us?£40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience25 days holiday Certified B Corp A beautiful creative home just 15 minutes from SohoOpportunity to grow in a diverse and dynamic businessUnlimited Barista coffeeTo Apply:Email your CV and a short covering email.We will begin interviews towards the end of November.
