The B Side: Skills & Experience

Be Operational

Screening, organising and actioning incoming communications to the SVP Finance.
Managing all aspects of the SVP Finance diary and work schedule.
Arranging, preparing, and supporting meetings on behalf of the SVP Finance
Full support to SVP Finance on helping to manage all aspects of their work administration
Researching and organising various team facing tasks including group activities and social events.
Be key member of core team that ensures all aspects of the smooth running of the office
To be on hand offering day to day team support
Attending various Mercury Studios meetings and taking notes for circulation post meting
Attending various label meetings and reporting back priority topics to the wider Mercury Studios team

Be Administrative

Admin support to General Manager
Assist with new starter set up / onboarding and be responsible for collection of leavers equipment.
Manage and approve meeting room requests for Mercury Studios
Day to Day ad hoc administrative tasks
To make sure refreshments & stationary cupboards are stocked and kept neat & tidy
Screen and manage incoming and outgoing post for the department
Arranging travel
Booking bikes / cabs / couriers
Assisting in the ongoing sustainability actions for the wider team
Assisting in other daily tasks with the team, help solve queries and issues

Person Specification
Self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to keep calm under pressure
Flexible and able to prioritise own workload
Excellent attention to detail
Meticulous and tenacious about delivering the right results
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work round issues
