Studio Coordinator

About us
ManotoTV is an exciting place to work. We have an extremely diverse and inclusive workforce and even though all our programs are in Farsi, all our day-to-day operations are conducted in English. We have employees and freelancers from all over the world and we offer a very positive and friendly work environment. As well as being a live entertainment studio-based satellite television station we also make our own documentaries and entertainment shows and we have a large post production division as well. We have daily News shows and daytime entertainment shows and no two days will ever feel the same.

About the role
We are currently looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our backstage team at our Wimbledon based studios and below are some of the things that you will be helping with as well as what would make you an ideal candidate for this job;

Assist in looking after the day to day running of our shows

You will talk to a lot of different people as our Studio Coordinator therefore strong communication skills and a positive attitude is a must

Work with the producers and presenters to ensure that their needs are communicated to the Gallery and Studio Teams and that everything runs smoothly

You will have a chance to gain valuable operational skills and knowledge within a fast paced and fun live studio environment that produces both News and Entertainment shows

Help enforce the Health and Safety regulations for all our studios

Work with the floor manager to make sure that all the show guests are looked after

Look after the Gallery and Studio crew roster to make sure that all the live shows have the correct staffing needs

Send out a daily call sheet to all crew members and producers

Work with our Hair and Make-up team to make sure that all the presenters have a make-up slot that day

A live studio environment can be fast paced and dynamic so you will be dealing with multiple tasks on a daily basis and no two days will feel the same

This is a full-time position. Your typical day will be from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday including a lunch break but some flexibility will be needed to include weekend work or different hours

Experience in a live studio environment will be extremely helpful but training will be provided

Salary between £27,500 - £32,500 depending on experience
