Studio Assistant

London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team.
The Studio Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding services to our clients.
Delivering a first-class experience at all times, the Studio Assistant will report to the Facilities
Manager and will work to ensure our clients' time in the studios runs smoothly.
The role will be split into two areas, Reception duties and Assistant duties, these will be
scheduled shifts with the wider team, days may vary according to our needs.
Reception duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors, building a rapport whilst remaining professional and
efficient.
- Answering the intercom to clients/visitors.
- Screening/taking calls on the desk. Catering for individual staff needs, recognising
and dealing with cold callers appropriately.
- Keeping reception and waiting area clean and tidy.
- Looking after and keeping track of staff/guest access passes.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Assistant duties:
- Preparing the studios, offices and all on site locations pre client occupation.
- Clearing and cleaning the studios, offices and all on site locations as directed post
occupation.
- Stock management and monitoring.
- Goods deliveries to staff and clients.
- Restocking client and staff kitchens.
- Assisting with car park monitoring and management (Training will be provided).
- Keeping the offices clean and tidy at all times including washrooms.
- Ad hoc duties.
- Yard management, including the surrounding gardens.
- As requested by FM, providing on set runner service to productions.
Skills & knowledge:
- Experience in TV, film, advertising or photography production (useful but not
essential).
- Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to different work loads.
- Good initiative and proactive.
- An outstanding attitude to customer service.
- A friendly, positive can do attitude at all times.
- A team player.
- Discreet and diplomatic
