Wonderhood Studios is looking for an Office/Studios Assistant. This role is primarily based at the reception desk (in Soho, London) for most of the working day. Your hour lunch break will be covered by the Studio Manager. The role requires working from the office four to five days per week, with the option to work from home on alternate Fridays. Working hours will be 8:30am - 5pm with an hour for lunch at 12-1pm. On occasion these hours may shift to support events or important meetings.

Duties:
• Oversee the daily operations of the office - daily checks throughout the day to ensure it is a polished, organised, and welcoming space.
• Manage reception duties: Answer calls, handle inquiries, and greet guests professionally.
• Meet and host, clients, guests and agency partners when they visit the office - offering and providing drinks and catering.
• Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries to ensure smooth logistics.
• Setting up for client meetings including managing any catering and refreshments required
• Assisting both staff and guests with any office related needs
• Monitoring Front of House email inbox
• Managing meeting room bookings by overseeing meeting room technology including video conferencing and room booking systems and ensuring meeting rooms are presentable at the start of each day.
• Ad hoc requests from senior management or pitches which could include research, travel booking, diary management, preparation of presentations, reports or spreadsheets
• Booking of couriers as required and maintaining accounts with couriers
• Managing deliveries, incoming and outgoing post
• Assisting with new staff onboarding and off boarding alongside the Head of HR
• Providing support running and managing events (including some outside of standard hours)
• Stock checking both office and kitchen supplies and managing purchase of supplies within budgetary constraints
