Music and tech are central to our mission of empowering artists and creators to succeed.Studio Assistant Pirate is hiring for the exciting new role of Studio Assistant, a great opportunity for someone with a passion for music, to get your foot into the door of the music industry. No day will be the same as you'll get stuck into all parts of the day to day running of a music studio, playing a key role to ensure the studios are running smoothly and the artists that use Pirate have a positive experience!We are offering a 14 hour contract worked across weekdays and weekends so this role will be great for someone that likes flexible working to fit around their other life commitments.You'll be working onResetting studios in between sessions to ensure the studios are always ready for the next artist.Proactively testing equipment to pick up issues before anyone elseWork closely with our customer service team to escalate issues when rooms need attention or repair.Provide exceptional customer service by being the on-site face of Pirate for our artists and helping out when neededCollaborate with various teams, including customer service and marketing, to enhance the overall on-site experience for customers.Foster a sense of order and safety by keeping staff areas organised and tidy, contributing to a positive work environment.Play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare equipment for customer use, showcasing a dedication to a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.We're looking for Someone that loves to help artists to give the best possible service.Experience repairing and maintaining musical equipment. Flexibility and reliability.Ability to work well within a team and autonomously using their own initiativeA can-do attitude, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.What's in it for you?
