Job Description
As a Studio and Image Coordinator at COS you will play key role in maximizing the effectiveness of the studio team output in order to achieve KPIs. In collaboration with the Studio Manager you will be responsible for the team and asset workflow, to manage priorities and to meet deadlines.

What you will do:

Plan resources, team talent and the studio schedule in collaboration with the Studio Manager. Work as the key link between all studio functions for scheduling and shoot planning.
Build relationships with model agencies, requesting packages and arranging fittings and negotiating usage where applicable
Book freelance hair & makeup, travel and send out call sheets.
Liaise with global projects, visual merchandising, and content teams to deliver assets within deadlines.
Managing files on DAM in conjunction with the studio manager for image coordination to meet deadlines and respond to changes?
Inspire a commercial mindset in the studio in planning and prioritizing the production process to meet tight deadlines.
Be actively visible on set for all shoots to troubleshoot issues as they may arise
Collaborating with our 3rd party studio coordinator for logistics, deliveries, call times etc. being one of the links between the two partners.
Handle invoices for models and photographers

Previous on set production experience within a studio essencial - fashion preferable
Experience communicating with agencies and freelancers
Network of freelance talent non-essential but preferred
Exceptional organisation and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem solving working at speed
Positive and energetic attitude with willingness to learn
Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and in a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with internal and external partners
Good fashion knowledge and interest
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
