JOB PURPOSE:
To support the Production Manager, Sport in providing the department with logistical direction and administration across all genres in the department.

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Production Manager with the day to day production management across the department
• Assist with the Co-ordination of the Post Production team and other resources, such as OB providers, camera agencies, camera operators, technical operations (both external and internal suppliers)
• Client facing experience
• Produce match-day and post-match paperwork including call sheets and match reports
• Book freelancers and be responsible for paperwork/letters
• Develop and manage a central freelance database
• Process invoices and cost tracking
• The ability to
- Prioritise effectively
- Work quickly and accurately under pressure

KEY ATTRIBUTES/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills with a 'can do' attitude
• Demonstrable ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, professional attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically excel, word and power point
• Have excellent numeracy skills and abilities
• Willingness to work weekends, late evenings and/or bank holidays
• Experience working on televised Sports broadcast output a bonus
