Sport Digital Video Producer (camera operator/editor/producer) -Full TimeApplication Deadline: Friday 13th JanuarySalary £36k +Hours of work & location: Full time, flexible working from our Hampshireoffice (two days per week minimum), from home + location filming.Most of our work is in the South of England.The JobWe work with the UK's most loved sports brands.Here's a snapshot of our production workload from the past couple ofmonths:- The FA: Filming at St. George's Park- Barbarians Rugby: Behind the scenes pre-match day filming withsquad, editing social features, embedded with squad on match dayand editing wrap features- Royal Navy: Creative design, storyboarding, collaborating with ouranimator to develop a new concept for RN content- England Rugby: Complete creative and production of playerfeatures with England Men & Women- World Rugby: Produce a news feature on developments in theglobal game- Harlequins Rugby: Create, capture and deliver stylised features,used at Harlequins end of season awards- Soccer Aid: Produce daily sport and celebrity features to promoteand drive the Soccer Aid/UNICEF proposition- England Rugby: Creative concept and full production on a launchvideo for exciting developments in the women's game- Gloucester Rugby: Stylised player character features2023 and beyond offers golden opportunities, so we're looking toexpand/strengthen our team with fresh new talent.We are looking for a skillful, experienced and dynamic digital videoproducer to join our in-house team at The Media Bunker, working on liveand recorded content with the UK's most loved people, brands andbusinesses.We're passionate about sport & production.We're an independent production team, so being a true team player,having a positive attitude and being able to flex on projects are vital.Skills and experience required:• MUST be able to shoot to a professional standard, with a greatcreative eye - please provide a showreel.• MUST be confident to work as part of a large crew or as a soleoperator• MUST have experience with on location lighting and audiorecording• MUST have a minimum of 5 years professionalfilming/editing/graphics production experience• MUST be a daily user, to a professional standard of Premier Pro -please provide a showreel• ABILITY to manage projects from concept to delivery - workingwith other team members and clients• INSPIRE, coach, manage and feedback to junior members of theTMB team• MUST be a daily user, to a professional standard of After Effects -please provide a showreel/examples• THOROUGH understanding of social platforms - knowledge offormats, keen to feed in creative suggestions• DESIRE & ABILITY to produce heavily pre-produced, crafted &stylised features as well as rapid turnaround edits ie. pitchside oron location with a team• MUST be able to drive and be able to access a car for shoots invarious locations• Passion, interest and knowledge of rugby & sport• Willing and able to work across the UK and flexible to travel furtherafield from time to time• A hardworking, enthusiastic attitude is key to this roleWho are we?We are an accomplished video production company - working withsome of the UK's most cherished brands: England Rugby, PremierLeague, O2, Harlequins, Soccer Aid, British Airways, Barbarians, WorldRugby, Royal Navy, LTA, The FA and many more.We're a team of digital content producers who work nimbly as a crew ona wide variety of sport and corporate projects; maybe live-streamingbranded content at Twickenham for England Rugby/O2, producingrecruitment content for the Royal Navy, or working solo, say, a singlecameranews feature from a beach in Cornwall.Digital and sport are our world. Dexterous, multi-skilled, experiencedoperators.We're always evolving, learning and innovating with our clients -working hard to generate ideas and deliver engaging content.Who are you?Attitude is everything and we're looking for an experienced digital videoproducer who can capture and create premium content. You'll be anaccomplished camera operator and a skillful editor, with a provenbackground in producing professional, inspiring digital content.
