PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):Creative and operational responsibility for CFC special events, including (but not exclusively) Player of the Year, Annual Lunch, award Dinners, Memorial events, virtual, hybrid engagement events, player, and charity partner events.P&L management for all CFC Special events including budgeting process and pricing models.Support Stadium Events Manager on all charity and profit & nonprofit stadium matchdaysLead all necessary depts to bring events together from content, ticketing, fan engagement, operations, and facilities.Support NMD team on all internal and Foundation eventsDO THE RIGHT THING (Our Expectations): To demonstrate and live by the club's values; Here to Win, Be Brave, Do the Right Thing, Play Your Part, Many Teams, One Club and Proud to Be ChelseaTo adhere to the Foundation's policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and GDPR.To act as an ambassador for diversity, equality, and inclusion, and demonstrate a positive commitment by treating others fairly in line with our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy and reporting any acts of discrimination through appropriate channelsTo create a safe environment and act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are either in your care or attending club premises, and report any concerns to the Safeguarding LeadTo report any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the HR Department HERE TO WIN (Measures of Performance):To maximise the calendar for fan engaging and VIP events, ensure broad spectrum.Successful delivery and development of Chelsea special events, including (but not exclusively) Player of the Year and Annual LunchSuccessful delivery of all VIP and profit & nonprofit events hosted at Stamford BridgePROUD TO BE CHELSEA (Person Specification):Qualifications:Highly organised with business acumen, ability to make decisionsProven experience in budget managementStrategic planning skills and experience in delivering challenging events in a time pressured environmentSubstantial industry knowledgeExperience:Accustomed to operating at high levels both internally & externallyBudget planning & financialsCRM experience is desirableSkills and Behaviours:Sound decision makerExcellent team participator and contributor within all areas of the businessAbility to work in a demanding, pressurised, and complex environmentHighly skilled in delivering a customer experience of the highest quality
