What is the role?
Full time role, based in our kit room/office in South West London 9am to 5pm, five days a week
Expert training in the aim of becoming a professional Location Sound Recordist
Access to the best audio equipment
Understanding of what it takes to be a Location Sound Recordist
Expected to excel in the kit room in order to progress to have on set opportunities

What does this look like?
Punctual
Enthusiasm & drive for progression
Positive work ethic
Excellent organisation skills

After a successful period of time in the office, the Sound Trainee is promoted to on set location opportunities, where they will:
Shadow current Fresh Audio Location Sound Recordists on set
Experience working in an audio department on some of the biggest entertainment shows in the UK and abroad
Travel across the world as a paid Sound Trainee

Our ultimate goal is for this person to progress from Sound Trainee to become an excellent Location Sound Recordist. This is something that we are committed to helping you achieve, through continuous support and training every step of the way.
Over the past 10 years, Fresh Audio has helped numerous Sound Trainees progress to become leading figures in the industry, heading up prime time TV shows whilst managing teams of Sound Recordists on large scale projects.
