Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setup, operation, and supervision of wireless systems, microphones, and monitoring systems (Radio City) during rehearsals and performances
• Microphone management for performers before and during shows
• Monitoring and adjustment of wireless and wired microphones during performances
• Collaboration with stage management, FOH, and backline to ensure optimal sound quality
• Conducting soundchecks and technical tests before rehearsals and shows
• Ensuring functionality of all wireless devices and microphones and troubleshooting minor technical issues
• Coordinating with the crew during setup and breakdown of audio and wireless equipment
• Documentation of settings, technical issues, and special notes
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during setup, operation, and transport of equipment
• Supporting the planning and organization of technical requirements for wireless and microphone systems

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed training or several years of experience in sound engineering, wireless systems, and microphone management
• Experience in monitoring and operating wireless monitoring systems (e.g., Radio City)
• Experience in musicals, theater, or touring productions preferred
• Strong knowledge of wired and wireless audio systems
• Experience in microphone management for performers
• High technical affinity, problem-solving skills, and resilience
• Team player with flexibility in working hours
• Excellent German and/or English language skills
