Job Specification - Fixed Term (3 months) Sound Recordist wanted with extensive experience and a diverse portfolio of credits in studio production. Experience of working in studio production, live events and financial services, or Fintech content is required. Placement is for three months working on the floor in a studio with multiple set ups in Central London. There is a UHD three camera set up in place for several action areas, with different sets in each area. Audio for 1+4 plus remote contribs and IEMS. Desk is a Calrec Brio-36

We are not looking for entry-level applicants rather an established (5yrs+), and versatile Sound Recordist, with creative flair, technical experience and a desire to capture high quality content.

Skills Required:
• At least five years' experience in audio recording and mixing
• Experience shooting live-action content, live events and pre-recorded or live studio content
• Studio gallery experience is preferred, ability to handle remote callers, live contributors and music/FX as required
• Capability to shoot on location as well as studio shoots.
• Basic understanding of cameras a bonus
• A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.
• Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a variety of clients - Preferably showing you have worked with Brands and Corporate Organisations.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring high quality sound iso's and mix are captured for all setups.
• Take ownership of mics, IEMS and audio contributions
• A small team runs the studio, so ability for cross discipline skills is preferred
• Professional at all times dealing with clients, contributors and stakeholders
