Soundtree Music is looking for a highly skilled Sound Designer to join our international team in the US and UK. In this role you will use your talent within the field of sound post-production to help shape the soundscape of TV commercials, promos, idents and digital content.

We are looking for a passionate sound designer always looking for ways to improve the sound and technology used in our productions. You should have a keen ear demonstrating an attention to detail and have an understand of what makes something sound truly amazing. Your role involves the creation of all forms of sound design (obtain and design sound effects, dialogue editorial and voice-over).

Summary
* Experience of working in the sound post-production field particularly in the advertising world
* Degree in sound/music technology or related field is desired
* Studio setup with computer, monitoring and basic recording hardware
* Detailed and advanced knowledge of Pro Tools and plugins is a must
* Knowledge of delivery formats for broadcast, cinema and digital
* Knowledge of iZotope RX suite for restoration and audio clean-up
* An incredibly keen ear for audio production detail
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and knowledge of video synchronisation systems
* Location and studio-based recording experience
* Excellent client liaising and ability to lead sessions professionally
* Home studio preferable but we have many studios at Soundtree too so we envision working at both as project requires

Special Requirements
Willing to be flexible as this is a small and dynamic organisation and in particular work overtime, holidays and weekends as required. Some travel may be required on occasion. Written references welcomed
