Social Videographer

London

The Wild are looking for an experienced Social Videographer to join their growing team to work across a range of brands. We're looking for someone who can shoot & edit a range of high quality branded video content from short to long form for our commercial and original projects.

The Social Videographer will work within The Wild, the internal creative agency within Jungle Creations offering unrivalled services and expertise in social media management, marketing, advertising and branded content.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot & Edit a diverse range of high quality social content, including editorial, branded content, and all social first video formats.
Able to operate all camera, lighting and sound equipment for each shoot.
Have a great understanding of lighting and operate the correct lighting equipment according to the client's brief and creative.
Shoot and edit social content with flare, pace and precision, keeping the viewer engaged throughout.
Be able to contribute to the creative execution with shooting ideas, shot lists and storyboards that are used on the shoot date.
Create exciting and engaging social assets/cutdowns from the main episode/asset that draws viewers attention on social media.
Able to ingest media on shoots to hard drives and check media for any corrupt files.
Able to create basic 2D motion graphic assets to a high-standard using After Effects & Photoshop.
Able to mix audio including music, SFX and interviews.
Able to colour grade a variety of footage with the Adobe Software Suite.
Able to intake feedback from the client & internal stakeholders, and re-delivering new draft versions that complete feedback and/or offer creative solutions to comments.
Able to work to deadlines and communicate progress throughout the pre-production & post-production timeline.
When required, able to balance the workload of multiple projects at different stages, answer ad-hoc requests and step into freelance and colleagues projects.
Stay up to date with emerging production technology and social media trends to keep your work current.
Quality checking final output and maintaining standards with every export.
Have your finger on the pulse on what works on social and the different roles of each platform.

Background and Experience
Experience as a Videographer, both shooting and editing.
Experience at a production company, social/digital publisher and/or advertising/marketing agency.
A track record of shooting & editing content for social media.
Knowledge of all post-production processes.

Skills & Competencies
Excellent knowledge of operating high-quality cameras.
Excellent knowledge & skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Excellent knowledge & skills using Adobe After Effects.
A great eye for detail, design and visual flare.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Media management and DIT skills.
Accuracy; adherence to deadlines, briefs and brand guidelines.
Ability to take on feedback, new ideas and direction.
Strong communication skills.
