Purpose of this job

Your brief will be to work within the Red Bull UK social team to maximize campaigns with an emphasis on paid social. You'll have experience in managing and executing paid social strategy across (ideally all of) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. You will also be given product and occasion campaigns to look after with a broader scope to also encompass creative and execution. You'll be expected to come up with brilliant and innovative ideas, which go beyond standard social media executions.

# Paid Social Media
• Experience in using Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat Ads manager
• Understanding of how to create custom audiences and innovative ways to best use them
• Understanding of how to maximise campaign efficiency once live through modification and optimisation
• Work closely with the Brand team and Red Bull's media agency to ensure campaigns are efficient and deliver on KPIs

# Social Media Content
• Own and deliver the strategy for Red Bull social media campaigns in the UK
• Build a relationships with the global Red Bull social team to ensure smooth rollout in the UK
• Input to wider social activations across Red Bull UK with ideas and suggestions to make campaigns work across sport, music and the Red Bull Media Network
• Help educate all parts of the Red Bull UK business so that they gain a better understanding of social, appreciate its significance and help integrate it into projects across the business
• Look for opportunities to spread Red Bull's message into new areas (platforms, communities etc), and work with the wider Social Media team on ideas to achieve wider team goals.
• Look for social innovations to achieve social firsts

# Social Media Analytics and Insights
• Drive the data agenda for social media, through tools and marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on performance, and continually optimise strategy and delivery
• Develop testing strategies to support new insights, recommendations and optimisations.
• Demonstrate social media ROI to ensure on-going investment and integration into all business plan
• Actively seek out for innovation in social and digital to share with and educate the wider team

experience Needed

• Past experience of working in social media and managing pad social campaigns
• An understanding of what content works on social
• Strong written communication and accuracy
• Experience of working for a media publisher and driving traffic to editorial sites would be desirable
• Experience in building and engaging existing communities as well as reaching out and attracting new ones
• Knowledge of content marketing and social media tools, such as listening and publishing tools
• Confident in presenting strategies and influencing key decision-makers
• A determination to experiment and try new things before anyone else

education requirements

Experience will be regarded higher than educational history.
