Social Media Producer
London
This is a great opportunity to shape the visual and social presence of one of the UK's biggest radio networks across KISS and KISS XTRA. You'll be creating engaging, on-brand content for our digital platforms from eye-catching thumbnails and episode covers to static grid posts that elevate our storytelling. If you're confident in design, know what works on social, and understand youth culture, this is for you!
What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of the KISS social and video team, reporting to the Social Media Lead, and working closely with our presenters, DJs, and wider teams across Marketing, Programming, Music, and Commercial. You'll take ideas from concept to execution - planning, designing, editing, scheduling, and engaging with our audience.
Key responsibilities:
Designing and producing visual assets for our social platforms, including YouTube thumbnails, reel and story covers, static grid posts, and more
Scheduling and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X
Working with producers and presenters to bring key radio and digital moments to life
Responding to trends and moments with quick-turnaround visual content
Engaging with our community through comments, messages, and interactive content
Supporting the team at KISS events and shoots, creating content on the ground
Contributing to wider brand and commercial campaigns
What we're looking for:
1-2+ years' experience working in social media or digital content
Strong design skills, particularly using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or similar tools like Canva); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
Experience creating assets specifically for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
An eye for what works visually on social media - especially thumbnails and grid content
Ability to edit shortform video content using tools like CapCut or Adobe Express
Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of brand tone
Organised, proactive, and confident working independently and in a team
Interest in radio, music, youth culture and digital trends
