Social Media Producer

London / Oxford

This is a hands-on, creative role supporting Sam Branson across everything he does - from his personal profile to his music project Waves Rush In and Nag Shampa Private Estate in Bali. You'll lead content creation, social media and brand partnerships, helping shape stories that inspire optimism, creativity and positive change.

Our Virgin Family

This role sits within Virgin Management Limited, but day to day you'll be working directly with Sam Branson and the ventures he leads.

Sam is an adventurer, filmmaker, musician and changemaker. Guided by optimism and a belief in the power of human connection, he shares uplifting stories through his work - whether that's music released as Waves Rush In, global storytelling through HiddenLight, endurance challenges with The Strive Collective, or running Nag Shampa Private Estate, a retreat and rental villa in Bali.

Sam also sits on the Virgin Group board and is deeply involved in environmental and charitable initiatives around the world. Everything he does reflects Virgin's spirit: purposeful, human, optimistic and a little bit unconventional.

You'll be part of a small, trusted team supporting Sam across his creative, commercial and philanthropic work. We're a huge brand family, but a small hands-on team - which means everyone rolls up their sleeves, thinks creatively and makes things happen.
