We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Producer and Creator to join the Ursus Productions team in Bruton, Somerset. This is not a broadcast role, and initially we are looking to see what the talent base out there is like in the South West.

All applicants should be a natural digital storyteller who lives and breathes social platforms, knowing instinctively what works where and why. From TikTok to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels to LinkedIn videos, you'll understand tone, timing, and audience. You'll be quick-thinking, adaptable, and confident producing content that feels authentic, stylish, and scroll-stopping.

We want someone who can take a spark of an idea and turn it into something brilliant, using only a phone or a simple camera setup. You'll shoot, edit, and deliver bold, creative work across multiple genres - from wildlife and lifestyle to documentary and brand films. You'll be part of a small, creative team that values imagination, initiative, and flair, helping shape the digital voice of brands we work with and has a want and desire to push the boundaries of what great social storytelling can be.

All applicants should also be based in the South West and be keen to get stuck into office life in Bruton.
