Social Media Manager

London hybrid HYBRID

We are recruiting for an Account Manager to work across client and project management day-to-day, along with leading on the delivery of campaigns. You will be in charge of crafting and executing social media campaigns that resonate with business audiences, working closely with our clients to understand their industry, audience, and business goals, translating these into compelling social media narratives.

You will be primarily working on one of the world's largest cybersecurity companies, along with consulting on a wide range of clients in the B2B space.

Some of the things you'll be doing...

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B social media strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the PR & content teams and get 'under the skin' of select B2B clients to create engaging, thought-leadership material.
Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms, focusing on LinkedIn, X, and industry-specific channels.
Day-to-day management of client relationships and activity. Communicate social media and digital ideas to clients who may have limited technical/social/digital knowledge.
Create content through creative tools (e.g. Canva) and work with our in-house design team to create best in class social media assets.
Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI and lead on social media reporting and evaluation.
Stay abreast of B2B trends and best practices in social media marketing and help develop social media knowledge in junior team members.
Who you are...

An AM or SAE with great experience in a similar agency.
Proven experience in social media management (including copywriting and content creation) including B2B experience.
Strong understanding of the B2B world, an excellent understanding of LinkedIn and insight on how to best engage professional audiences.
Ability to analyse social media data and provide learnings and insights, and then put those improvements into action.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Brownie points if...

You have experience of running paid social media activity and managing paid budgets.
Experience of using a social media listening tool (e.g. Meltwater, Brandwatch)
