The Social Media Manager is accountable for ensuring all content on Spitfire Audio's new subscription service LABS+ social channels adhere to brand guidelines, and is published in a timely and accurate manner. Working closely with the Marketing and Product teams, the Social Media Manager will responsible for producing a regular flow of content for social media tailored to music makers, with the aim to grow and engage with new audiences and create a community around LABS+, increasing numbers across all platforms, whilst keeping abreast of new releases and aiming to grow subscription numbers. This includes creating content, writing engaging short-form copy for posts and ensuring that assets created by this position, Design and Video teams are delivered to a high standard and on-time and working with content creators. They will also be responsible for advising the Marketing team on content output to optimise performance, based on data analysis. In addition, the role will include working with content creators and artists to create and deliver content that educates and inspires music makers to work with LABS+ products - focused on delivering content specifically commissioned to share on LABS+ own channels. Key componentsCurate, brief and coordinate content to be shared on LABS+ social channels and forums (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, VI-Control, Snapchat, Discord)Grow an engaged community around the brand Schedule and maintain the content calendars for LABS+ social channelsWith the help of the CX team, engage with customers, responding across all of LABS+ socials Share all output across all socials, optimising for best results.Use the CRM to build a resource that enables the Marketing team to understand who is best to work with on which types of project, and track the status of relationships with Spitfire Audio LABS+ creator networkProvide in-depth reporting on the performance of your work in order to capture learnings and recommend improvements for product launches and brand campaigns Keep up to date with the latest news and trends around music, music making, social media and content creationEssential SkillsA minimum of three years working in a social media strategy roleA deep understanding of and passion for social media and digital marketing, including scheduling and analytical tools and best practices, particularly in the music spaceSkilled in design (Figma, Adobe Suite,Canva)Exhibits a growth mindset with regards to feedbackSkilled in briefing and presenting ideas to multiple stakeholders Excellent verbal and communication skills in EnglishAttention to detail for both copy and assetsTrack record of independent working and a strong team collaborator Advanced organisation and workload managementFamiliarity with media composition and scoring with orchestral libraries is a big plus
