This is a newly created role, giving you a chance to make an instant impact and play a significant role in an early stage yet promising start up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation:Develop, create and edit high-quality, engaging content for Oner Active's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and PinterestBe a champion of visual content creation for social media channels including but not limited to dynamic video (reels, infeed and IGTV content, TikTok) written and graphic contentProduce original content such as 'behind the scenes' assets, reels and other social-first deliverablesIdeate and create in-house TikToks that are fresh, engaging and trend-ledCreate reactive social content in relation to key events, social media trends, relevant celebrities and influencers that will resonate with our audienceActively champion new ideas and initiatives and engage with relevant stakeholders across the organisation to deliver these in an impactful mannerSocial Media Planning & ExecutionDevelop the activity and content calendar for social media alongside Social Media CoordinatorChampion social media and ensure effective use within the wider marketing and communications strategyIdeate and coordinate creation of social media content in line with campaigns priorities alongside Social Media CoordinatorMaintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to social media and review plans and strategy as a result of the changes and trends in the social sphereProtect the brand image by monitoring conversations across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiativesEnsure that all always-on content across all social media channels are published on timeBrand CollaborationWork closely with the campaign team to create briefs for the in-house creative team in relation to the generation of social-led assets from existing imagery alongside Social Media CoordinatorLiaise with other departments to source relevant assets for use on social channelsCreate creative briefs for our partnership team to product authentic and impactful contentRequirementsSome social media experience within fashion, luxury, beauty, sports or lifestyle brands requiredDeep interest of social media landscape, various platforms and trends within socialAbility to work at a creator and executive levelStrong editing skills including reels and video app editing knowledge (e.g Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Final Cut Pro)In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood copywriting skillsCreative thinker who is passionate about developing new and engaging social ideasExceptional time-management abilitiesFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedbackYou must have the right to work and live in the UK to apply for this role.Benefits25 days annual leave + 8 public holidaysPension Scheme at 5% employer contributionsGenerous Oner Active discount for clothingHealthy office snacks and fruitPlenty of learning and development opportunitiesHealthcare cash back schemeContributions towards your wellbeing and work life balanceStart-up culture: the chance to make a real impact, to learn a lot and to work in a fast-paced environment.
