Location: This role will be working primarily from our Content Studio located north of London ( although we are open to hybrid/ international/ US based location for the right person).

What you will be doing:

Owning and driving social strategy across platforms to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and growth. In practice, this means: growing/ managing and or/ monetisting fb/ tik tok/ insta pages.

Building and leading an international team across 10 different countries-mentoring, inspiring, and overseeing video editors and content projects to maximize channel growth. Working across recruitment and hiring and filling in the gaps as we scale fast.

Analyzing and optimising content performance-what's working, what can we dial down on. Innovating & Experimenting-constantly testing new content styles, formats, and growth hacks.Trend-spotting at lightning speed-identifying and executing on opportunities before anyone else does.

Not critical but added points if you have:

An interest in AI / AI content- its going to change the world. We want to be on the forefront.

Experience building and scaling channels on mass. Familiar with words like "business manager", "shadow banning" and "monetisation".
