We are looking for a Social Media Lead to continue to grow our presence across our existing social platforms and to help us launch onto new ones.

The Social Media Lead will be responsible for building audiences across our key platforms and setting effective strategies to engage our existing followers. They will be able to confidently use data to inform output and educate our in-house creators, videographers and designers on the content they should be creating for each platform.

In addition to audience growth and platform management, the social media lead will be required to contribute content ideas to the team and play a crucial role on shoots to ensure the required content is captured. They should also be keen and willing to shoot and star in social content as needed.

The social media lead will manage the social media assistant and support them on the daily publishing schedule, management of the production and publishing calendar and all other associated admin.

A passion for fashion and beauty is a must and it goes without saying that you are social media obsessed!

Ideally you will have experience in:

Building and engaging audiences across both Instagram and TikTok
Using analytics software, to report data to a wider team - we use Dash Hudson
Using data to inform content strategy
Creating content as and when is needed
Community management
Managing and organising content calendars
Researching and analysing key social trends
Caption copywriting
Directing shoots
Managing relationships with key social platforms
Running paid-for activity for commercial clients and Eliza internal marketing
Experimenting with new features and social platforms
Briefing video editors
