Social Media Executive

London hybrid HYBRID

Stink Films is looking for a PR & Marketing Executive to support the communications pipeline globally, with a focus on copywriting and social media management. You will work closely with the Head of PR & Marketing to ensure the department's day-to-day runs smoothly and projects are promoted in an interesting and timely manner across a variety of digital channels.

The ideal candidate has some experience in a similar role or qualifications in an essay-based subject (i.e. English, Creative Writing or Film Studies), and a desire to build a career in communications within the film and advertising industry. You will be a proactive and creative individual with strong copywriting and admin skills, a keen visual eye, and a passion for creativity and craft. Having basic content-making skills (Adobe Suite) is not compulsory but very desirable.

Salary
£25,000 - £28,000 flexible based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media
* Copywriting for all channels and occasionally PR.
* Executing social media strategy and posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Youtube and TikTok.
* Engagement - interacting with our talent, clients and peers' accounts.
* Tracking social media response and results.
* Promoting award wins and accolades.
* Generating high-quality and compelling content.
* Analysing impact and researching algorithms/trends to drive growth.

Organisational
* Providing admin support to the Head of PR & Marketing.
* Keeping the Marketing calendar up to date to reflect upcoming activity.
* Organising and up-keeping the PR & Marketing drives to archive work + content in the best possible way.
* Providing both administrative and in-person support for live events (film screenings, talks, etc)

General
* Coordinating information, content and dates to enable project promotion.
* Working with the Head of PR & Marketing and global stakeholders to create key Marketing collateral.
* Working with the Head of PR & Marketing to generate written content for award submissions.
* Working with the Awards Manager to execute award submissions in a timely manner.
* Updating directories (i.e. WireDrive, APA, Source, etc)

Internal Comms
* Support the team's internal comms activity.
* Create, curate and distribute regular internal updates.
* Potentially providing copy for pitches + client decks, dependent on experience
