As a Social Media Manager at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

• Copywriting (30%): Crafting attention-grabbing sells and engaging headlines.
• Management (20%): Deputising for the Head of Social Media and running the team in their absence.
• Strategy (20%): Recognising patterns and trends to determine what sort of content to create to best serve our audience.

What You'll Love About This Role

2. Own It: Be part of a talented and hard-working team with a growing online following.
3. Keep it Simple: Build our subscribers with high-quality content.
4. Better Together: Collaborate with a team of journalists and social media experts to make our content as good as it can be.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you'll have:
• Learnt the ins and outs of what makes LBC's audience tick.
• Continued the positive trajectory of follower-growth.
• Built good working relationships within the social media team and with LBC presenters and producers.

What You'll Need

• Adobe Suite proficiency: Premiere Pro and Photoshop skills are required.

• Creativity: Finding fun and inventive ways to sell our content to as many viewers as possible.
• Pride in your work: Numbers aren't everything. We want to create a good product that our audience can enjoy and appreciate. Let's make beautiful content.
